Consistency is key!
Sessions every day or every other day will help get better results.Rest and Refuel.
In between sessions, make sure to get good sleep and eat (especially protein).Hydrate!
The most common negative side effect from Neurotherapy is a headache. This typically goes away after drinking water. Better set yourself up for success and stay hydrated during sessions.Work on your trouble area.
If you are working out your arms, you lift things. If you are working on your memory, play some memory games! During or after a session, you can help reinforce the treatment by working on the area of your brain that you are stimulating.Go with your gut!
Gut health is important. The things you eat, drink, and breathe can help or hinder your progress. If you think that there might be a metabolic issue getting in the way of your progress, we will work closely with you, your PCP, and/or functional medicine doctor to make sure that you get the best care possible.
