Neurotherapy can be an extremely efficient and effective treatment for individuals struggling with their mental health and well-being, often lowering the overall cost of long-term treatment.

While neurotherapy services are not currently covered by insurance, clients can use HSA (Health Savings Accounts) or Heath Care FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) to pay for neurotherapy.

TRANSFORMATIVE NEUROTHERAPY ALSO ACCEPTS CARECREDIT, A FINANCING OPTION THAT PROVIDES ZERO-INTEREST CREDIT FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS TO COVER MEDICAL EXPENSES.

Neurotherapy services include a combination of an initial EEG (brain scan), neurotherapy sessions, and at least one rescan to measure progress.

While every client’s needs will differ, most clients see substantive improvement within 10 - 15 sessions. The number of sessions required will depend on many factors, including the issues being addressed and the ability to schedule consistent sessions to maximize impact.

Our Pricing:

  • Basic Initial EEG - $1,500 (Includes consultation, EEG, ERP, QEEG take-home report, and result session)

  • Rescan and Comparison - $500 (Includes EEG, ERP, comparison report, and result session)

  • Neuro Sessions - $150 (Includes 30-40 minutes of personalized Neuromodulation - Neurostimulation, pEMFs, and/or PBMs)

NEURO INTENSIVES

Neurotherapy intensives are focused, condensed treatments that deliver neuromodulation more frequently, aiming to accelerate neuroplasticity and potentially offer faster relief from symptoms. Neurotherapy sessions are personalized from the EEG of your unique brain and can complement the effects of other therapies.

Pricing for Neuro Intensives may vary depending on the issues being addressed, and may be combined with other treatment modalities, such as individual or couples psychotherapy, or hypnotherapy. The pricing below is for standard one, two, or three-week intensive programs.

  • One-Week Intensive - Starting at $3,338 (a $163 savings) to include an initial brain scan, 10 sessions, and rescan.

  • Two-Week Intensive - Starting at $5,100 (a $400 savings) to include an initial brain scan, 20 sessions, and 2 rescans.

  • Three-Week Intensive - Starting at $6,450 (a $1,050 savings) to include an initial brain scan, 20 sessions, and 2 rescans.
